Universal Design – broad-spectrum ideas meant to produce buildings, products and environments that are inherently accessible to older people, people without disabilities, and people with disabilities.  A finished product that provides ease of use by all humans - from 3 year olds to 130 year olds. 

 

Sustainable Smart Home Design – incorporating energy efficient features, voice automated and smart device automated systems, solar panels, electric car ready garages, skylights.  Design and construction and concepts with the supreme focus of waste friendly construction, consistency and continuity from the interior to the exterior of our habitats.
